Support for the machines nobody else will touch.
Breakdown support, backups and fault-finding for PLC, HMI, drive and robot systems, including machines where the original builder or integrator has gone.

How we help
- Breakdown and fault-finding support on site
- Remote support, where your site allows secure access
- Program backups and documentation of existing machines
- Taking over support of machines whose integrator no longer exists
- Support agreements with agreed response times
- Modifications and improvements to existing code
Start with a backup
If a machine is critical and nobody has a current backup of its program, that is the first thing to fix. We can back up and document your critical machines in a single visit, so a failed CPU is an inconvenience rather than a crisis.

The hidden risks of legacy equipment in your factory
Old machines that still run well can hide obsolete controls, missing backups and lost knowledge. Here is how to find the risks before a breakdown finds them for you.
Common questions
Can you support a machine you did not build?
Yes. Much of our support work is on machines built by others. We start by backing up and documenting the system, so we can fix it quickly when it matters.
Do you offer support agreements?
Yes. We agree response times, scheduled checks and backup routines to suit how critical the equipment is.
Project enquiry
Got a machine that worries you?
A few details and a photo of the panel are enough to start. You will hear back directly from an engineer.
